We are seeking an experienced Planner/CMA to coordinate maintenance planning, equipment monitoring, and resource scheduling for generator operations.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and manage maintenance work plans and PM schedules.
•Track maintenance KPIs including Availability, MTBF, and MTTR.
•Coordinate spare parts planning and inventory control.
•Monitor equipment health and predictive maintenance activities.
•Prepare maintenance reports and performance analysis.
•Plan resources including labour, tools, and materials.
Qualifications
•Diploma with strong field experience or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Power/Energy Engineering, or Mechatronics.
•3–5 years' experience in Caterpillar, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, or related industries.
•CMMS experience is mandatory; MAXIMO knowledge is an advantage.
•Strong analytical, reporting, and planning skills.
•Good command of written and spoken English.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
