We are seeking experienced On-site Engineers to oversee maintenance and reliability activities for Caterpillar generator systems operating in a 24/7 power generation environment.
Responsibilities
•Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
•Lead troubleshooting, diagnostics, and major repairs on generator systems.
•Drive reliability improvement and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives.
•Monitor generator performance, alarms, and maintenance requirements.
•Support load control, optimization, and shutdown activities.
•Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power/Energy Engineering.
•5–7 years' experience in large CAT generators or power generation environments operating 24/7.
•Professional knowledge of Caterpillar large generator systems.
•Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
•Good command of written and spoken English.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
